How it works
Six steps from first call to loaded container.
A first private-label order typically runs six to eight weeks from artwork sign-off, depending on pack format and print lead times.
Specification
We agree variety, grade, tolerances, pack size and target landed cost for your market.
Artwork
You supply artwork, or our print partners develop it. We handle plates, proofs and compliance text.
Sampling
Pre-production samples are milled and packed to the agreed spec for your sign-off.
Production
Your order is milled, sortexed and packed under your label on our line.
Inspection
In-house QC plus third-party inspection if you want it, with retained samples held.
Dispatch
Stuffing supervised on site, documents prepared, and the container moves to port.
